How fast will I hear back?
Usually within 1–2 working days. If it's urgent (rejected TIE, imminent deadline), say so in the subject and we'll bump it to the top.
Do you offer 1:1 legal advice?
No — UniMate is educational, not legal advice. For contested cases (rejected TIE, complex regularization) we can point you to Barcelona non-profits with immigration lawyers.
I found a mistake in a guide — is this the fastest way?
Nope — the 'Was this helpful?' link at the bottom of each flow beats the form, because it tags the exact step. Use it for guide fixes; use this form for anything bigger.
I want a 1:1 call about my paperwork — is this the right place?
