The certificate that proves you are registered at an address in Barcelona. You receive a basic 'volante' at the time of registration, and can request a more formal 'certificat' afterward.
Issued at the OAC the same day you complete your empadronamiento, or downloadable later from the Ajuntament de Barcelona website if you have a digital certificate.
